I am Mohammad Mujtaba Walizada from Afghanistan. I graduated from Computer Science faculty. I have been teaching English for more than four years online and offline. I am multilingual and I can speak four languages fluently so I can understand the struggles that language learners go through while acquiring a new language. I have a lot of experience in Online teaching via Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet.

Ik als leerkracht
I mostly work on the practical usage of language. I am an interactive and communicative instructor. I am a good conversationalist. I know what students go through while learning a new language and I teach according to modern teaching methodologies. We will have pre-, during, and post-activities during our class. I will assess your level and design lessons based on your needs. I try to make my classes fun and I do my best to make every student feel that they have learned a lot after each lesson.
Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
I teach different levels of students differently. Most of our learning will be based on practical work according to your language needs. First, in the trial class, I will evaluate your language level and your language learning purpose. Based on your level we will design a lesson plan and start working on it. The class will be completely interactive and you will participate in the lessons. You will also be given some assignments and I will check and give feedback on your assignments.

Good lesson with Muhammad in which I learned more phrases and some personal details about him and he answered some of my questions. I think there was a bit of a disconnect with my question and how he understood my question, but in the end I was able to phrase my questions in such a way that I still got the answer.

Mohammad strikes me as a calm, collected person. It is clear to me that he is aware of how spoken Dari and formal Dari differ, which I think is a good sign, as e.g. diglossic speakers of Arabic tend to not know as well how to explain the rules of their dialect as opposed to the formal language.
During the lesson he discussed he is learning German, which means he will be able to empathise with the struggles of beginners in Dari and know how to deal with that.
He does focus on colloquial and written Dari at the same time (though I'm sure he can modify that at the learner's behest), but personally I don't find this a problem, even though I myself am focusing on formal Dari.
I don't intend to "study" colloquial Dari as I am diligently studying formal Dari, but I do think Mohammad's approach is nice and that hopefully I will "absorb" colloquial Dari naturally from formal dari.
Mohammad does sometimes use Iranian pronunciation, but maybe I'm mishearing it and when I ask the Dari emerges.
