My name is Karolina and I will be your new Polish teacher. I hold a master degree in Polish Studies - Teaching Polish as a Foreign and Second Language (Jagiellonian University in Cracow) because even though Polish is my mother tongue, I wanted to know how to teach it properly and for over 8 years I've been doing it professionally.
During my professional career, I have gained experience working at a school in Tbilisi, Georgia, at the University of Indonesia in Jakarta, in language schools, working with corporate clients, and running my own business.

I love working with beginners (total beginners too!) and I can prove you will be speaking Polish during our first class.
I have personally learned many languages throughout my life (I also have a bachelor's degree in Slavic linguistics), studied and lived abroad, so I know what it's like to be on the other side, learning a foreign language. My numerous travels and relocations have also given me a broad perspective on the world and the various backgrounds my students come from.Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
I care most about making students as independent as possible in learning and using the Polish language. I provide my students with tools to help them understand the language as a system and techniques to facilitate learning – this way, the student learns to react correctly to interactions in a foreign language, draw conclusions, and learn the language from others, not just in the presence of a teacher.
I not only teach my students the language, but I also teach them how to learn, guide them through the entire process and create a study plan for them to make the journey to learning Polish smooth and enjoyable.Mijn lesmateriaal
