Hi, I’m Hiro! I’m a native Japanese speaker from Tokyo with over 2 years of experience teaching Japanese to students from diverse backgrounds.
I teach in both English and Japanese, offering personalized lessons in Business Japanese, JLPT preparation, Conversational Japanese, and Japanese for beginners.
I am also personally taking online English conversation lessons to brush up on my English, so I understand the challenges of learning a second language and can relate to the difficulties you may face in mastering Japanese.

During my studies in the U.S., I taught Japanese for 2 years to Asian and American students, as well as working professionals, helping them achieve their language goals. At Columbia University, I majored in Comparative Literature, which deepened my understanding of language and culture.
