I am a laid-back person who is interested in many topics like human behavior, meditation, economics, geopolitics, trees, martial arts, or artificial intelligence to mention a few of my interests. I have a masters degree in Economics.Ik als leerkracht
As a teacher I am encouraging, and try to activate my students to use as much Finnish as possible. People usually tell me they can be themselves in my company. This no stress state helps them to express themselves better in Finnish as the brain has no reason to activate the sympathetic nervous system (fight/flight/freeze response) which would compromise higher brain functions. I have about 2000 hours of teaching experience, mostly online but also face to face.Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
I concentrate on speaking activation and encourage the student express herself/himself as much as possible in Finnish. My approach is to ask questions and adjust the level of communication to the student's proficiency level.5.0
