Sofia is very passionate with Ancient Greek and her energy is contagious, I feel that I can quickly improve with her meticulous support.

Taking on the study of Greek on a one to one basis was a big step for me, and it was important to find a teacher who was patient and supportive. I have found Sophia is that person, and more. She is an experienced teacher who uses interesting material and she is enthusiastic and generous, both with her time and in providing extra material to read outside our classes about my interests - which are Greek and Cypriot history, literature and culture. These qualities, together with her love of all things Greek and her desire to share it, make her an ideal teacher.
