My name is Polina, and I’m originally from Moscow. Currently, I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I’ve been immersed in the local culture for the past five years. I am fluent in Spanish, English, and German, and I teach Russian, Argentinian Spanish, and German.
Having graduated from a German school in Buenos Aires, I provide unique insights into both the language and culture. Polina is very patient and explain things very well. During our German class, I could practice both pronunciation and learn a lot of vocabulary. She is also flexible enough to go out of the material if needed and explain other words that might come up. I recommend taking German classes with her.

Polina is a great teacher! I feel comfortable speaking and trying out the new things I have learned. She is so nice too! I feel like I have already learned a lot and am always excited for the next class to learn more :)

Polina quickly adapted to my level. She provided explanations in three languages as needed. She kept the lesson focused on me but shared enough of her own experiences to connect with me and establish her credibility. She was well-prepared, and I could have pivoted as necessary to keep the lesson from lagging. However, she was also flexible and indulged me as I went on what were probably nonsensical tangents. She’s an impressive tutor, and I look forward to our next lesson.
