My name is Jair, and I’m a patient, positive, and friendly Spanish teacher.
I love cooking, especially learning recipes from my country and from other parts of the world. I enjoy taking care of plants, exploring nature, and staying updated with new technologies. Traveling, learning about history, and making new friends are some of my favorite activities.
Helping others is important to me, and I believe that "aprender un nuevo idioma es una aventura que nos conecta con el mundo".

I structure my lessons into 4 parts to make the most of our time together. First, we review the previous lesson, focusing on grammar and key vocabulary. Then, we introduce a new topic, followed by exercises to reinforce what you've learned. At the end of the class, I provide feedback so you know where to focus to improve.
For conversation sessions, I prefer a relaxed approach, chatting about anything, with the topic serving as a way to practice your speaking skills. I aim to make it enjoyable!
I use a variety of tools like videos, music, and slides, but I also create custom materials with books and online resources to ensure every lesson is engaging and suited to your learning style.Mijn lesmateriaal

This was my first lesson with Jair. He is very friendly and energetic and willing to help you with any challenges you have in the language. The class was well balanced in discussing a variety of topics. After, he made suggestions for further improvement. Thank you Jair!

Jair was great, he’s the perfect tea her for a beginner like me because of how friendly and patient he is. I had the longest conversation that I’ve ever had in spanish with him.

Jair come into the lesson prepared with different questions to ask and always knew what to say to keep the conversation flowing. It is apparent he is a skilled conversationalist, which is perfect for learning. At the end of the lesson, he provided me with constructive feedback, and was very encouraging and positive throughout the lesson. I plan on scheduling more lessons in the future.
