After a recent lesson with Markus, I need to share my experience for future students. I had significant technical issues: Markus used a smartphone without a headset, making it hard to hear him. He often had to get closer to the camera to hear me. Markus was not attentive and inconsistent. He couldn't recall what we discussed minutes ago and jumped to earlier topics unexpectedly. I requested specific feedback on my story, but Markus couldn't provide valuable insights on any sentences, leaving me without useful feedback. I felt discomfort and frustration. Markus's demeanor suggested he might have been under the influence, affecting lesson quality. I hope this helps others make informed decisions.

I really enjoy the lesson, thank you for helping me to practice the IELTS speaking. Marcus is a really good listener, most of the time I would be quite nervous when I practice the speaking, but I felt very calm and comfortable to talk with Marcus!
