Hi ! My name is Alex ! I'm a french native speaker. I was born and grew up in France, near Paris. I lived in Taïwan (2018-2023) where I studied chinese for 2 years and a half. You can talk with me as a friend. I'm very friendly and patient when I teach french.
Before becoming a Teacher, I worked in Journalism, at Paris Airport and in Sales.

I haven’t written a review for a while but will post a new review to say that I have been learning French with Alex for over two and a half years now and our conversations continue to inspire, encourage and motivate me to persist with this difficult challenge of being an adult learner in a second language! Having just completed a series of 20 lessons with Alex, I’d like to give my overall impression. Alex is a naturally gifted communicator, a bit of a “find-outer”. He asks interesting questions to tease out the story you’re trying to tell. Bearing in mind that language is for communication, this natural ability to listen and elicit information makes Alex an excellent language teacher. In 20 lessons, we’ve covered a wide range of topics (music, history, politics, travel, food … even jokes and gossips). It’s been a fun and rewarding experience. Thank you so much.

Alex is one of the most professional French teachers you could ever ask for. I had a intensive series of lessons with Alex for my DELF B1 exam. He encouraged me a lot and helped me greatly in speaking and writing, most importantly, Alex helped me build more confidence for my future language learning.
