Hi everyone~ My name is Sarah, i'm a former Fashion Designer from Paris. Five years ago, I quit everything to pursue my dream: travel. I did for 2 years until I settle down in Seoul, South Korea. While abroad I started teaching both English and French and took a liking to it, so much so that even if now I have a full time job, I keep teaching! This is why I'm only available once a week. I hope our schedule match as well as our personalities! Can't wait to meet you!

Trilingual, currently learning Korean, I teach languages the way i learn it. With understanding, passion and support. I believe that the best way to learn is to understand how the language works, how it's impacted by culture and how it isn't as different to our native language as we thought. So, this is how I teach. Ever wonder why is there gender on everything in French? I have the answer. And once you understand the logic behind, you'll get better. My personality is like a cheerleader, I can't help myself to cheer and support my students in their progress to make them be more confident. With confidence, knowledge increase faster :)

My first class is always one where I take the time to understand your needs and goals. It's also a good opportunity to evaluate your level. From there, I'll tailor my class specifically for you and only you. Because if you only want to learn for travels purpose, you don't need to know how to talk about investment but more about fees and tips in hotels. Our brain space is precious, let's focus on what we need :)

Sarah is a very attentive teacher that adapts quickly to your needs. Although this is my first lesson, she quickly adapted to my level, from speaking very slowly and deliberately, to speaking at a moderate speed which I could still mostly understand. She is also a curious person which makes her very knowledgeable. We were able to delve deep into some cultural topics that I learnt new things aside from improving my French. It was a very interesting lesson. She was also very nice and supportive, letting me know that she thinks my French is better than I thought. Thank you for the lesson Sarah! :)

Just finished our 25th lessons with Sarah (wow!) with my first dictée. I can't recommend Sarah enough, she is the most helpful, kind and friendly teacher ever. I feel much more confident with french thanks to her amazing work with me.

Merci Sarah, Comme toujours, tu m’as fait réfléchir à propos de diverses choses dans la vie. Anybody learning a language on Skype will know the feeling of anxiety waiting for the call to commence. I can assure you that is something that will soon disappear when you start to have lessons with Sarah.
