Do you love French wine and cuisine? Would you like a journey through France, preparing traditional French cuisine? Learning about wine, instructions on tasting and pairing of wines? My career has been in the Hospitality Sector since 2007, where I have lived in Spain, France, Ecuador, Germany; and currently residing in Austria. I earned my professional culinary qualifications in 2011, Paris, which has ignited a passion for French wine and cuisine. I trained as a Sommelier in 2023 im Paris, expanding my already extensive knowledge of wines. Join me and lets begin your journey of wines and cuisine. I currently offer three options:-
1) French conversation lessons – general conversation, and/or you can ask me anything about cooking, wines, recipes and French cuisine!
2) A Wine Tasting: We will discover how to taste wine and how to understand it
3) French cookery lesson - we can cook a different French recipe together each lesson. I will cook the dish in my kitchen and you can do the same in yours! This is an excellent way to improve your cooking and is very fun!
REGULAR STUDENTS:
As soon as you reach 10 lessons, you get 50% discount on ONE LESSON of your choice, same thing once you reach 20, 30 lessons, 40 lessons and so on.

A key to learning is having fun! I offer a unique opportunity in learning to cook a traditional French dish, or expand your knowledge about wine, whilst at the same time learning and becoming more confident in the French language. Myself, being a student and learning 4 foreign languages (not including French which is my mother tongue) I fully understand the difficulties and challenges of learning a language. I’ve also lived in several countries as a foreigner, so I have an understanding of different cultures. I’m very patient and would like to help you improve your skills and become more confident, whether that’s discussing and learning about French wine and cuisine, or general conversation.

Отличный урок. Спаржа по фламандски. Сложный многоступенчатый рецепт, большое количество технических терминов. Также, обсуждали культурные и природные различия регионов Франции. В конце прошлись по грамматике. Все на французском, не прибегая (почти) к помощи других языков-посредников.
