I told the teacher I wanted a conversational lesson, to learn key phrases and sentences. Instead, she taught tones. Then she presented a list of words, even after i told her that I prefer sentences to rote memorization. I ended the lesson early.

Her pronunciation is always clear and easy to follow, which has been a huge help as a beginner. She’s organized, responsive, and clearly experienced.
