Hello, welcome to my classroom! My name is Camila, it will be a pleasure to be your teacher and help you achieve your goal.
-I have a degree in Portuguese and Japanese from the State University of Rio de Janeiro
-I specialize in teaching Portuguese as a Second Language
-I also spent a year in Europe on an exchange program to improve my English.
About me: I am a digital nomad and have some physical and online businesses, but what I love the most is being a teacher. I’m totally into travel! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Português and Japanesa from the State University of Rio de Janeiro. One of the most prestigious universities in Brazil. Also I’m Certificate of extension project at the university, scientific research in the area of Portuguese as Portuguese as a Second or Foreign language (PFL).

Learning with Camila is a joyous experience - her patience and dedication is so clear and motivating. I have never felt shamed a single bit for my beginner’s level of Portuguese and the struggle that goes with learning this beautiful new language. Another excellent class with the best teacher on Italki! We discussed an interesting article on indigenous activism in Brazil. I also learned a set of new advanced vocabulary words and received timely feedback on a few challenging pronunciation words.
