I’m French, originally from the French West Indies, and I am currently living in Morocco with my wife and my little boy for 7 years. I worked for many years in Paris as an accountant for a TV station before devoting myself to what seems to be my real vocation: training and education. So I decided to get involved with the deaf community in Paris, and I received special training to teach the people of this community using the French sign language. I have also been involved in training people to become better speakers in front of an audience. Since 2013, I am a French teacher at the “French Institute". I have received special training to teach in a fun way while taking into account the psychological constitution of each learner. I am responsible of several classes of foreign students, some with children, some with students and others with adults, from level A1 to B2. I am a DELF / DALF corrector-examiner and authorized to give the TCF (Test de Connaissance en Français). I also give private French lessons online (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Skype). I recently graduated with DDIFOS (Diplôme Didactique du Français sur Objectif Specific) which allows me to teach French in business companies.Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
Communication and conversation are at the core of my teaching: the objective is to help the learner to express himself in French by gradually mastering the specific subtleties of this language.
It is important for me to maintain the seriousness of the learning process that will guarantee good results while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere and a playful approach to the language.
In order to implement efficient interaction throughout the learning process, I use applications such as Learning ap, Kahoot, or Vocaroo.
My purpose is to encourage the students to apply in a practical and easy way what they have learned, in the more realistic setting of everyday life.Mijn lesmateriaal

Eddy est un prof bienveillant, qui fait l'acte de bavarder en Français une affaire agréable et naturelle, du point que j'aime bien nous mettre au courant des petites choses du quotidien. En outre, grâce à lui, j'ai beaucoup amélioré ma production orale, qui a été fondamentale pour réussir mon DALF C1. Merci Eddy !

I've been having 30-minute lessons with Eddy, 2-3 times per week, for about a year. My speaking and listening comprehension skills have exponentially improved since starting with Eddy. He picks interesting and thoughtful topics and exercises that stretch my speaking and listening abilities, which helps build vocabulary and has enabled me to discuss topics in creative ways when I don't necessarily have the exact vocabulary to explain my opinions.

Another great lesson with Eddy. I'm really enjoying our time together as we talk about a variety of topics and he always encourages the focus on actually using French. It's tough at times, however, I know it's worth the struggle.
