Hi there! I am from Turkey. However, part of my family lives in Germany. Therefore, I have been speaking German since my childhood. I did my bachelor in German Language and Literature and have been teaching German in language schools and private institutions for over five years. I am very passionate about traveling and it was this passion that was the driving factor in developing my love for foreign languages. I lived in Germany and the United States. Although German is known as a difficult language to learn, I'm here to help you and break this bias by providing personalized lessons in a relaxed atmosphere.
As a teacher with 5 years of serious study and experience I've been able to use my skills to teach adults, teens and children, English, Turkish and German. Any aspect YOU would like to focus on is within my skillset such as grammar, speaking, writing, listening, reading and vocabulary.I am well acquainted with the challenges and difficulties of the process of language learning. In order to create the most effective lessons I must first gauge your language level. Therefore, I use a communicative approach and will do my best to make you feel at ease within our lessons. I have been learning German from Yigit and it has been a great experience. He is a very thoughtful teacher who puts a lot of thought into how he presents the material. His lessons were engaging, useful, and he was very patient in class always encouraging to try. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in learning German.

I have been studying German with Yigit properly for 5 months. I recently obtained my B1 Telc certificate with 85% overall and 97% in the speaking. We covered 6 books and did 12 model tests, all materials were provided and the lessons are very enjoyable. I am now working with Yigit to obtain the C1 Telc certificate. Thank you!

Just had my first lesson with Yiğit and am very impressed. We used the hour to review the topics I said I was struggling with, he assessed my language level, made a plan for the future, helped break down why people struggle with the language and gave me useful tips. It was definitely a productive hour. I will be continuing my lessons with him.
