Bonjour, Je m'appelle Fatima et j'ai 27 ans. Je suis originaire d'Iran mais j'habite en France. J'ai obtenu mon licence en traduction et linguistique et j'étais enseignante d'anglais pendant 6 ans. Maintenant je suis étudiante en psychologie et science du langage à l'université de Paris 8. Je parle français, anglais, persan et un peu d'allemands.

I have been teaching English for years and my favorite part of this job is to see students progress and get excited about it. I try my best to make this journey as fun as possible so that everyone enjoys the process and not just the outcome. I have learned so much in the last couple of months working with Fatemeh! It has been very helpful for me and also has given me a lot more confidence in trying to actually speak French. She is very helpful and kind, and I feel like I improve every lesson.

Daylight saving time had ended in the US and obviously, italki had not adjusted this change in time zones on the website, so Fatemeh and I met one hour later than planned. I appreciate that she was flexible and willing to have a conversation with me in French as usual. We had a great lesson.
