My Name is Craig. I am from Cleveland, Ohio, USA, and I live in Mérida México with my dog Lefty.
I've been teaching English as a Second Language for around 10 years. I am very interested in language and communication, and am a fan of literature. Learning Spanish has helped me to be a better teacher.
I enjoy watching sports, mostly baseball, and I practice yoga and ride a skateboard and a bike.
I love cooking, nature, animals and discussing history, medicine, technology, literature, economics, culture or just about anything.

I take a genuine interest in each of my students and do whatever I can to help you succeed. I try to keep lessons relaxed and informal and to teach with a combination of sensitivity, precision, and, humor.
It is important that you feel at ease and are not afraid to try new things. I do my best to encourage you to reach outside of your comfort zone and to lift yourself to the next level.

All of my lesson are customized depending on your particular needs.
Natural Fluency and General English lessons will focus on your needs, taking a conversational based, or a more structured approach. We will use a variety of materials, including articles, stories, structured grammar lessons, and videos, depending on your needs.
IELTS lessons are more structured but still personalized. We will use a combination of materials from official sources as well as materials on PPT that I have created, and some web based resources. IELTS lessons will give you strategies and techniques for maximizing your score in an environment that will push you while still being fun and enjoyable.Certificaten
