Ellie in HK

謝謝Ellie老師！上一節課希望能夠有更多口語對話的內容在課堂上，這一節課就立刻調整了教材，很喜歡新教材的內容。感覺在這堂課中獲得了很多的實用粵語口語:)

Ellie老師到目前應該有教我四五個月了. 在每個階段都會調整教材和教我的方式. 從最初初級的句子及入門的對話文章. 到現在進到各種題材坦討, 還有各種短文帶讀發音, 以及local用語. 所以我這幾個月廣東話都有持續有效率的穩定成長. 從完全不懂廣東話到現在餐廳點餐和許多議題都能小小說一些. 我想上Ellie的課這個穩定進步的力量是對我非常重要的也是非常有保障的.

I've done about 10 lessons with Ellie. She is on-time and tailors lessons to your needs. I grew up in a cantonese speaking house hold and understand it pretty well (my parents still speak cantonese to me). Since I was a child, I've always answered back in English. Now that I'm older, I'm trying to practice my cantonese speaking so I can hold a conversation with relatives that only understand cantonese. Ellie finds out your goals and tailors lessons toward that.

Ellie, aka Ling Shan, is patient when I speak as much Cantonese as possible. Learning Hong Kong Cantonese in this situation is a lot different from learning Cantonese in Guangdong province. I'm getting decent exposure to Hong Kong Cantonese to make good connections with other Hong Kongese. Anyone willing to learn Cantonese should take Ellie's lessons!

Ellie is very collaborative in addition to explaining the meanings and how to combine the lesson vocabulary. I feel more confident in my ability to understand and look forward to the next class.
