- I am a native Chinese speaker living in Nanjing.
-I graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a master's degree
-I am studying Chinese language and literature as my second degree. I am very enthusiastic about Chinese teaching.
-I hold the national Mandarin Level Certificate.

- I have two years of experience in Chinese teaching as a personal tutor. From that experience, I found out the correct way to teach students new knowledge.

Katherine is the best teacher I could imagine. She has been very supportive, encouraging and patient which only makes the whole studying process more pleasant and effecive. Because of her, learning Chinese became easy and I can feel my progress.

Katherine is a great teacher.
She had prepared all of the material carefully. She also has a great teaching and speaking pace, she is very methodical and easy to follow. In the past, because I can speak a little Chinese, teachers would speak very quickly to me or assume I understand a lot, or teach too much at once so I don't get a lot from the lesson. Katherine constantly made sure I was understanding the lesson and asked if I had questions. It was a great class, I hope I can have another class with Katherine soon!
