Hello!!! My name is Simone, I´ve been teaching Portuguese as a foreign language and English as a second language for over 25 years. I`ve worked for a lot of international companies in Brazil such as LG, Sansung, Toyota, Mercedes, Hyundai and so on as a Portuguese and English teacher. I`ve taught a lot of foreign businessman to speak Portuguese and a lot of Brazilian businessman to speak English. As a teacher, I like to focus on both the understanding and the usage of the vocal apparatus in language learning; by enabling students to fully comprehend how to use the mechanics of their vocal articulation, it's possible for them to tackle down many of the major complications when it comes to mastering their target language. It is crucial to me to listen to each student's needs and understand their Linguistic background, as it tells me a lot about where they are in their learning journey, therefore making it easy for me to put myself in their place and better finesse my way of teaching.Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
As far as classes go, I find it important to create a safe environment in which students feel comfortable sharing their doubts and overall learning journey. I focus a lot on understanding what cognitive tools each student has already explored and also presenting new approaches of learning with the goal of finding a better, more accurate and precise path to reaching the student's language goal. classes are really dynamic, I have a lot of different tools for working with my students such as: my own material, pdfs, videos, audios and so on.Mijn lesmateriaal
