I started to teach Chinese at the beginning of the year when I got a chance to come back to Brasil after a few years of my exchange year. I use the same logic as I learned Portuguese to teach my students. And I just discovered how much I like to teach Chinese by sharing our own culture, philosophy, and way of thinking. I also like to interact with and change ideas between languages and cultures with others. I am really enjoying it!

Before I become a teacher, I've been learning English as my second language for many years, so I know your struggles as I've heard about that Mandarin is one the most difficult languages in the globe. 20 Years of teaching experience, taught students from completely different culture backgrounds. I have been a Mandarin tutor/teacher on and off for 20 years. I have a Mandarin Proficiency Test certificate for native speakers as teachers: 2nd grade, A level. I have taught students from age 3 to 50, and from more than 15 countries, but I prefer students from 13 and older. Before I quit my job in 2018, started to travel, I worked as a Mandarin teacher for 4 years in International Montessori School of Hong Kong (The biggest Montessori school in Asia). I'm someone who can only learn through a structured but also entertaining environment. So that's what I would like to do for you, hopefully in every lesson with me, you are not just learning the language, also having fun with it ;P

I have been one-on-one tutoring many primary and secondary school students in Chinese learning, and have some experience in Chinese teaching. In addition, I got a teacher's qualification certificate in China and was familiar with the basic rules of teaching.

I hope that my students get to know the Chinese culture and customs by learning Chinese. I believe that teachers with passion inspire students. When I was in college, I taught lots of foreign friends Chinese. Also, my English skill could contribute to better communicating with my students in Chinese class.
