The time is coming up to summer. As the weather gets hot, people tend to some outdoor activities. Festivals in summer are really more than in other seansons. Besides the Labour Day,there are still many local festivals in different areas. Some of them are very interesting. Today, I want to introduce two local festivals to you. The first one is called the Water-Sprinkling Festival. Literally, people crowd to the streets and hold water guns to sprink water to each other. This festival is just for fun. Until everyone gets really wet, the fights stop and people reluctantly go home. Differnt from the very beginning of this festival many years ago, nowadays people wear coulorful clothes and dance with music. Every individual tries their best to show themselves to others. Tourists around the world also get there during the festival to celebrate this fun and interesting festival.

Today is my dad's birthday! So tonight we're having a birthday party at home. My mom made a lot of delicious food. Happy birthday dad.

Today, I went to an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant with my family. I ate too much, so now I feel super full and uncomfortable. But it was really delicious, so I definitely want to go again!

Today, I'm going to go to Japanese food restaurant. I'm going to eat inada！Inada is a young yellowtail fish, commonly eaten in Japan. It’s known for its light, fresh flavor and is often used in sushi or sashimi.

Describe your spiritual practice and why you practice. Do you meditate on a regular basis? I grow stronger in my faith through meditating. It's important to make spiritual practices a part of my life. I meditate twice a day for about 20 to 30 minutes each time. The reason that I chose meditation is because it is life-changing. Regular meditation changes the way my brain works. And I have accepted the weakness within myself.

Tommorow, I want to go to gym. I like doing exercise, especially, I like chest training. I'm going to buy new protein powder, but I don't know good one. Please tell me your recommend one!
