Throughout the whole human history, autumn must be one of the words that being mentioned most. Someone think that god spills paints every fall which forma courful and marvelous world. The bule sky and fresh air give them the best opportunity for hiking. In their mind, fall is the best seanon of a year. On the other side, many people easily feel sad during this season. A chilly morning always prevents them to go outside and exercise. The indoor temperature is also very low. In fact, those feelings are our responds for cool weather. We'd better go out and enjoy the limit sunshine. The weather in fall often give us some illusions that we are in winter in the morning and in summer at noon. AS for some ares, people have been enjoy the heaters which keep the room temperature in a comfortable degree. In that case, we also need to do some outdoor activities which can help us practice our lungs to fit the cold air later. A variety of flu germs and virus have been on the way.
