I keep thinking that there is absolutely no place to relax or focus at my university. The library is connected to the first floor, so during lunch breaks, you can hear people chatting. Because of that, I go into the designated "silent room," but there is always someone typing incredibly loudly on their computer. I really wish they would stop. The university needs to tighten the rules so students can actually focus on what they are supposed to be doing.

Today, I went to work at my part-time job. During lunch, there were many customers with children, so it was very busy and hard. However, I was happy because everyone said the food was delicious and enjoyed their meals‼︎ After I got home from work, I did the laundry. Then, I talked with my friend on the phone. Before I knew it, we had been talking for six hours! I have a lot of plans this week, so I want to enjoy them and do my best⭐️

Today, I went to my relative’s wedding. It was different from the weddings I had been to before. We played many games, such as a treasure hunt and a quiz, so it was a lot of fun. Before the wedding started, an American man named Chris showed us some card magic. It was a very fun and playful wedding. The food was all delicious. My favorite dish was the steak with foie gras and truffle. There was also a dessert buffet, so I could choose and eat as many desserts as I wanted. I was very happy. Near the end of the wedding, a video of the groom’s father was shown. He had passed away a little while ago. It had been a long time since we had seen his face, and everyone, including me, cried. I thought he was probably watching over everyone from heaven. Everyone looked so happy at the wedding. Someday, I hope I can have a happy wedding like this, where everyone has a wonderful time.

Learn Korean with Korean Food #3 – Tteok-galbi (떡갈비) Have you ever heard of Tteok-galbi (떡갈비)? Many people think Tteok-galbi contains rice cake because of its name. Surprisingly, it usually doesn't! Tteok-galbi is a Korean dish made from minced beef or pork mixed with seasonings such as soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and green onions. The meat is shaped like a patty and grilled until it's juicy and flavorful. The name "tteok" (떡) comes from the soft texture of the meat, not because it contains rice cake. It is one of my favorite Korean dishes because it is tender, sweet, and easy to enjoy with a bowl of warm rice. Korean Words 떡갈비 (Tteok-galbi) = Korean grilled minced meat 고기 (Gogi) = Meat 맛있어요 (Masisseoyo) = It's delicious. 부드러워요 (Budeureowoyo) = It's soft / tender. When I eat Tteok-galbi, I always enjoy it with warm rice and kimchi. It's one of my favorite comfort meals! Have you ever tried Tteok-galbi? Or would you like to try it someday?

Today, I woke up and finished my homework. Later, I am going to watch the Mrs. Green Apple live viewing. Today, I cleaned my room and worked on my homework. First, I organized my desk, put away my clothes, and made my room look neat and tidy. After that, I spent time studying and finished my assignments. Some of the homework was a little difficult, but I kept working until I completed it. I felt satisfied because I had a productive day and finished everything I planned to do.
