What's the minimum effective dose of daily practice for learning a new language? What do you recommend as the best routines to follow?

The sky was overcast all day today. Dad spent the whole day helping me practice math problems involving percentages – and yeah, they were tough. I’m still not getting the hang of percentage calculations, which kept making Dad jump up from his chair in frustration every time I got stuck. By evening, he looked completely drained. He tried to insist I should cancel my Sunday plans to keep practicing, but I reminded him I’ve got a dentist appointment tomorrow. So, that’s not happening!

Today, I had a part-time job from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It was sunny and hot. I felt like summer came.I always work outdoor, so I was little tired. But I love this job because it fun to work and all of members so kind. It's comfortable place to work for me, so I'm always looking forward to go there!
