In this session, you will be able to practice informal conversational skills with a native speaker of Filipino Tagalog and Cebuano. Whether you want to talk about yourself, your interests, or about things that have happened in a day. I am also open to helping you work on your pronunciation, reading and helping you improve your Tagalog or Cebuano vocabulary.

About me:

I am hardworking, kind and understanding person who loves to explore and learn about other cultures. I was born and raised in Butuan City, Philippines. It has been my dream to travel around the world, and through online teaching, I will be able to meet a lot of people from different countries and be able to share with them the Filipino culture and languages. As of this time, I have been working as a  police officer because I always love to serve and protect our country.

I have many interests and hobbies, including animal pets (dogs, cats, tropical fishes), movies, music, biking /cycling and trading cryptocurrency. So I am always happy to chat about these topics! 

I have a lot of experiences in my current field wherein I developed my skills in communicating with people in different situations. I have also been doing community services in our locality so I no problem in interacting w/ a lot of people.  I also really love to hear other people's experiences and stories.

Me as a Teacher

As a teacher, I am always on time, I prefer simple, basic and comfortable yet interesting lessons that my students could understand easily. 
My aim is also to bring a fun and inviting atmosphere to my students, to welcome them to experiment with the Filipino (Tagalog) and Cebuano Language and get creative! I encourage my students to speak and have a good conversation with me.

Speaking a foreign language isn't easy but it can be fun and engaging!

My Lessons & Teaching Style

Each class will use a new topic to learn new words, phrases, sentences for them to familiarize, and memorize. Every lesson will be recorded and noted for the students to review and work on and I can send it to them through email.
