Hi, I'm here to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you to speak. I’m a certified CTCSOL teacher with over nine years of experience, mostly in one-on-one lessons. I’ve worked mainly with adult learners from diverse backgrounds. My background in counseling and psychotherapy influences the way I work with students. In practice, the work is not just the language. It’s also the person learning it. To stay fully present for each student, I usually teach four classes a day and close my schedule once those slots are taken.

As a long-time English learner from a kid and a German learner for the recent one year, I know how difficult it is to learn a new language, especially in a different language system compared with the mother tone. I have some friends who are learning Chinese and I sometimes help them with their questions about the language. From this experience, I understand Chinese can be very confusing and easy to make mistakes sometimes. I used to give physics tutor lessons to high school students.
