My goal as a teacher is to guide you on your learning process so you can have a more meaningful experience. I like to take into consideration your background of studies, personality, preferences, and things you particularly like in life. I'm a huge defensor of pleasure while studying languages. That's why my method changes according to what you enjoy doing. However, to make the method efficient and consistent, I came up with strategies that follow the logic of how our brain works and how it usually keeps information to guarantee our survival. Each person has a different way of learning and a different goal so by discussing the learning process, we can find the right strategy for you.

Literature, Culture, and daily Portuguese!🔥 📚 Education is a very personal thing since different human beings have different interests and goals. although a part of learning a language is generic and common to every speaker (such as grammar), other relevant parts are absolutely personal such as the style, the content you consume, etc. ✒️ For this reason, I try to always conduct a class based on the student's interests.  I picked up a poem in my introduction video just because it's my interest, but we can use materials from arts, sports, series, films, music, gastronomy, and so on.  🏆 so be prepared to have a fun lesson. XD

I also studied two years of Literature and Languages in Brazil, which gave me a deep appreciation for linguistic variation and how cultural differences and the various ways people express themselves can influence changes in a language. This can be seen both in the English spoken in tourist cities that attract digital nomads, like Lisbon, and in Portuguese in Brazil, which is huge and has one of the most diverse populations and cultures in the world. There are many different accents and ways of speaking across the country. In my lessons, I bring this experience to help students communicate naturally and confidently, while exploring both grammar and the rich cultural context of the language.
