I graduated from Moscow State University. I have been working on Italki for over 4 years and have experience communicating with different personalities from different countries. Besides Italki, I've been working at the Herzen University in St. Petersburg, teaching Russian to students. My main goal in the classroom is to improve the students' ability to speak Russian. I have prepared some of my students to take the TRKI exam, and a couple of years ago I myself received the C1 (CILS) certificate in Italian.

So I like to have constant feedback on what is working and what is not in order to make needed adjustments. I don't expect perfection. For me, what is worse is not a student's mistake when speaking, but when the student is too shy to speak. My thinking is that the more mistakes I catch, the less the student will make.
