Episode 1. Meeting Your Host

JKって？？

みなさん、JKってなんの略語かわかりますか。女子高校生です。女子のJ（jyoshi）と高校生（koukousei）のKでJKです。
東京の女子高生は、日本文化の最先端（さいせんたん）をいくとも言われていますね。
世界中に日本の「かわいい文化」を発信したのも、当時のJKたちです。

きのう、わたしは娘と一緒にディズニーランドへ行きました。
今大学2年生の姪っ子（めいっこ）から、つまり2年前のJKから「ディズニーランドは開園1時間前に行かないとだめ」と言われたので、家を6時半に出て、8時にディズニーランドに到着しました。
すでに、たくさんのJKが開園を待っていました。
えっ、どうして彼女たちがJKだとわかるのかって。
はい、彼女たちはグループごとに同じ制服を着ていたのです。
友だち同士で同じ制服を着て、ディズニーランドに来るのです。
これを「制服ディズニー」と言うみたいですよ。おもしろいですね。

おしゃれが大好きな女子高生たちは、毎日メイクやヘアスタイルに余念（よねん）がありません※。もちろんファッションの流行（りゅうこう）にも敏感（びんかん）な彼女たちですが、遊びに行くときに選ぶ服はなんと「制服」なんです。
放課後だけでなく、休みの日でも制服を着て出かけるみたいです。びっくりですね。
自分たちが女子高校生であるといことをアピールするために着ているのかもしれません。でも、どうして同じ制服を着て出かけるのでしょうか。制服を着る、つまり同じ服を着ることで、友だちとの一体感（いったいかん）を確認しているのかもしれません。
JKは思春期という多感（たかん）な時期ですから、色々と感じ、色々と悩むのでしょうね。

みなさんは、制服にどんな思いがありましたか。
