¡ Al fin en el hotel ! Ayer por la noche he llegado a la ciudad de Guayaquil de Ecuador. El hotel está a pocos minutos del Malecón 2000 . Hace dos meses que he hecho la reserva. ¡Y estoy encantada! Mi habitación es de tamaño grande. Tiene mucha luz y unos grandes ventanales. Tengo un baño muy lindo  y una gran caja fuerte. Lamentablemente la cama no es muy cómoda , pero el televisor me fascina . Los empleados del hotel son muy simpáticos y amables . Me ha atendido una recepcionista que sabía hablar muy bien Inglés. ¡Qué suerte tengo ! 
Me gusta mucho la ciudad. El centro de Guayaquil es realmente bonito y aquí la gente es muy agradable. Hay un restaurante de comida típica muy rico y barato  cerca de mi hotel. 
 El hotel es un poco  antiguo, pero está muy bien conservado. Sin embargo, hay mucho ruido por las noches . Continuamente escucho música y las bocinas  de los autos . Esta primera noche no he podido dormir muy bien, pero la  recepcionista del hotel me ha dicho que mañana me cambiará de habitación para que no me moleste el ruido . Ha sido muy atenta.

The 10 most important tips from a stressed student 
أَهَمّ عَشَر نَصَائِح مِن طالِبَة مُتَوَتِّرَة 

Number one  / First  sleep eight hours every day 
أَوَّلاً نَامُوا ثَمَانِي سَاعَات كُلَّ يَوْم 
Eat 3 meals and a big breakfast 
كُولُوا ثَلاَث وَجَبَات وَفَطُور كَبِير 
Exercise in the morning for 30 minutes 
تَرَيَّضُوا ثَلاَثِين دَقِيقة فِي الصَّبَاح 
Drink 2 litres of water everyday 
اِشْرَبُوا لِتْرَيْن مِن الْمَاء كُلَّ يَوم 
Meal prep (to prepare) in the weekend for the rest of the week
حَضَّرُوا الْوَجَبَات الْغِذَائِيَّة فِي نِهَايَة الْأُسْبُوع لِلْأُسْبُوع الْكَامِل
Try to cook healthy meals 
حَاوِلُوا أَنْ تَطْبَخُوا وَجَبَات صِحِيَّة
Clean your room every night 

نَظِّفَوا غُرْفَتَكُم كُلَّ لَيْلَة 
Meet your friends every day for an hour 
اِلْتَقُوا أَصْدِقَاءَكُم كُلَّ يَوم لِسَاعَة وَاحِدَة
Study 8 hours every day 
اُدْرُسُوا لِثَمَانِي سَاعَات كُلَّ يَوم 
Take a break every 2 hours 
خُوذُوا اسْتِراحَة كُلَّ سَاعَتَيْن 

And finally be proud of yourselves and good luck! 
وَأَخِيراً كُوُنوُا فَخُورِين عْن نَفْسِكُم وَحَظّ سَعِيد!

おはようございます。日本語だんだんポットキャストのゆかりです。

きのうは、はじめて私の"おいっこ"に会った話をしました。

もう7キロあるので、ちょっとおもいですが、
ずっとだっこしていたい！と思いました。

今日は、家族(かぞく)の呼び方(よびかた)、についてのお話しです。

家族・・私はこどものころ、4人家族でした。

お父さん(おとうさん)
お母さん(おかあさん)
弟(おとうと)
私(わたし)です。

私は小さい時、お父さんのことを
"パパ"とよんでいました。

お母さんのことは
"おかあさん"とよんでいました。

日本では、お父さん、お母さんの呼び方が多いです。

パパ、ママとよぶ人もいます。

私の場合(ばあい)は、
パパ、お母さんという呼び方です。

ちょっと、ふしぎですね。

大人になっても、呼び方は同じです。

でも、家の外では、

お父さん、お母さん、と呼びます。

また、お父さんの話を誰かにするときは、

"私の父"(わたしのちち)

"私の母"(わたしのはは)

といいます。

みなさんは、家族のことをなんとよびますか？
