우리 엄마와 프랑스 파리에 가서 에펠탑을 구경하기도 하고 
쿠바 아바나에서 살사를 배우기도 하고 
일본 홋카이도에서 온천 여행을 하기도 했어요. 
여러분들은 여행 좋아하세요? 
올해 여름은 어디로 여행 가세요?

今年もあっという間に4月になりましたね！
早いですね！

時間が流れるのが早いことを、
光陰矢の如し
と表現します。

これはことわざです。
光ー太陽
陰ー月
弓矢の矢が飛ぶように早い、あっという間
という意味です。

さて、世界では10月始まりのことが多いかもしれませんが、日本では4月始まりのことが多いです。

例えば、学校や会社がそうです。

日本では、4月に学校が一斉にはじまります。
だいたい4/8ぐらいに始業式があります。

始業式は学期が始まる日です。
学期ーsemester
です。

日本の学校では、
1学期(4〜7月)
2学期(9〜12月)
3学期(1〜3月)
があります。
　
日本の会社では、4月から新しい年度がはじまります。
毎年4月に新入社員が入るので、入社式もあります。

このように日本では、
学校や会社が4月から新しい学年、年度などがはじまります。

なので、4月は新しい気持ちになったり、新しいことを始めたくなるシーズンです。

ぼくは、
英語の勉強と、
世界遺産の勉強を
がんばろうと思います！
