Zwei und zwei zusammenzählen, das ist eine sprichwörtlich kinderleichte Aufgabe: ZWEI PLUS ZWEI IST GLEICH VIER. Addieren und subtrahieren lernt man schließlich schon in der Grundschule und so ist auch ZEHN MINUS FÜNF IST GLEICH FÜNF keine große Herausforderung für ein Kind. Das Multiplizieren kommt etwas später, es ist aber nützlich: Wenn ich von Oma und Opa und der Tante zum Geburtstag jeweils zehn Euro bekomme, dann habe ich DREI MAL ZEHN IST GLEICH DREISSIG Euro. Auch das Dividieren hat Anwendungsmöglichkeiten im täglichen Leben: Vom Kuchen sind noch sechs Stücke übrig und wenn ich sie mit meinen beiden Geschwistern teilen muss, dann bekommt jeder SECHS GETEILT DURCH DREI IST GLEICH ZWEI Stücke Kuchen.
Das Potenzieren ist dann schon etwas schwieriger: DREI HOCH ZWEI IST GLEICH NEUN und DREI HOCH DREI ERGIBT SIEBENUNDZWANZIG. Und schließlich gibt es da noch das Wurzelziehen: Die QUADRATWURZEL AUS NEUN IST DREI. Aber damit beenden wir für heutige Mathematikstunde.

‘‘Run‘‘ stands for the routine, well-defined processes. 

‘‘Change‘‘ — for expanding to the unknown, innovative or experimental. 

Runners and Changers are different people. 

A common mistake in companies is to combine Running and Changing in the same person. 

For example, Runner managers are good administrators. They are good at building processes within the department and making sure that daily tasks get done.

Changer managers are visionaries and strategists who aren’t strong in the day-to-day operations. They implement new projects and ideas.

梁惠王liáng huì wáng：King Hui of Liang state in the Spring and Autumn Period of Chinese history
孟子 mèng zǐ：Mencius who was a thinker, politician, educator in the Spring and Autumn Period.
河内hé nèi 、河东 hé dōng：Ancient place names.
收成 shōu chéng：crop;harvest
灾害 zāi huāng：disaster
邻国 lín guó：neighbouring state or country 
道理 dào lǐ：principle;truth;reason
打仗 dǎ zhàng：fight; go to war; make war
交锋 jiāo fēng：clash;meet
丢盔弃甲 diū kuī qì jiǎ：hrow away one's shield and armour；fly pellmell
打比方dǎ bǐ fang：to make an analogy
嘲笑 cháo xiào：laugh at ; mock
逃跑 táo pǎo：escape，run away
胆小怕死 dǎn xiǎo pà sǐ：Cowardly and afraid of death
This idiom means that people should not criticize someone for something, because you have done the same thing or have the same fault.
