成也萧何败也萧何是一句成语，即事情的成功和失败都是由同一个人造成的。对于韩信来说，好事与坏事都让萧何做了，因此注定他的个人成败，有了“成也萧何败也萧何”一说。当然，这里所说的“好事”与“坏是”只是相对于韩信而言。
