It is during this time of year that we have recently shaken off the last snowflakes of winter as we entered into spring.

During the spring, flowers began to break forth from the once frozen earth.

The days remained cool, but you could feel the temperature rising and the suns warmth on your skin.

Colorful flowers began to bloom and the honeybees are collecting their pollen.

Summer is approaching.

Bon fires and floating down rivers.

Hikes through the forest.

Barbareques, family and friends.

004 Transition from Spring to Summer

For someone who is new in doing business, I try to learn as much as I can from the people I know and also the people that I follow. More importantly, I learn from my own mistakes and I have to be aware of my own blinds pots. I hope that this podcast helps someone who is navigating the world of business.

THREE BUSINESS PRINCIPLES THAT MATTER

みなさんはどこでコーヒーを飲みますか？私はドイツにいるときはいつも家でコーヒーを飲んでいます。私のイタリア人のパートナーはモカという機械でエスプレッソを淹（い）れています。私は朝はそのエスプレッソにミルクを入れてカフェラテにして飲んでいます。
日本に帰ってきてからは、いつもコンビニでコーヒーを買って飲んでいます。コンビニのコーヒーは一番小さいサイズなら一杯100円で、味もおいしいです。注文方法はレジでお金を払って、カップをもらい、機械にカップをセットしてボタンを押すだけです。私はレジで注文するとき「ホットコーヒーのSサイズをひとつお願いします」と言っています。アイスコーヒーを飲みたいときは冷凍庫に行ってアイスコーヒー専用の氷が入ったカップを取り、レジに持っていきます。私は先日アイスコーヒーを買ったのに、コーヒーを淹れるのを忘れて帰ってしまいました。なのでアイスコーヒーのカップを持ってコンビニにもう一度戻らなければいけませんでした。みなさんもコンビニでコーヒー以外のものも一緒に買うときは気をつけて下さい。
ちなみに日本ではスターバックスのようなカフェも人気ですが、いつもたくさんの人が並んでいて、値段も高いので私はあまり行きません。それにスターバックスのコーヒーは私には苦すぎます。
みなさんはいつ、どこで、どのようにコーヒーを飲みますか？日本でコンビニのコーヒーを飲んだことがありますか？
