Forget about no struggle to gain or no pain no gain, you don'0t need that.
You need to accept yourself and why you want to do a certain thing.
Work smart it means once you are connected you can find the right solution for you, no shortcuts!
Meditate constantly even 5 minutes per day, everyday and you will be start to be connected.
Commit yourself even a small amount but continue everyday.
Choose to do what you want to do, take responsibility. Nobody is forcing you is always you!
Once you know yourself better you will create the way, your way.
And from there keep on going...
