In the past time,I don't like doing physical exercise at all.I only want to lay on the bed or sofa.But since last year,l have found that physical exercise is a very good habit to our body.It can make the heart stronger and help us to feel better about ourselves.So,I do regularly exercise every day recently and it's very helpful to me to lose weight.

In the past, I didn't like doing physical exercise at all. I only wanted to lie in bed or on the sofa. However, since last year, I have found that physical exercise is a very good habit to have. It makes the heart stronger and helps us feel better about ourselves. So, I've been exercising regularly recently and it has helped me lose weight.
