1. My neighbour will be giving me a cream made from corn that was left over from making pamonha cake.
2. In his lecture, he complained that the library staff seemed to keep people away from the books, which would make them unfit to run a library.
3. I could attest to that assessment today, just observing the lady who works for the smaller library.
4. Is that valley close to where you took that canyon picture?
American English would be "neighbor". Pamonha cake sounds really good. Answer 3 only makes sense if it follows from Answer 2.
