Basically, the schools in big cities can offer higher salary and bonus to teachers compared to those in rural areas. Thus, good teachers normally tend to choose to work at big cities where they can get better life quality rather than remote villages. Lack of good teachers means that the kids at rural areas have little access to quality education, which leads to a big gap between the kids in villages and in cities. One of the biggest gap between them is the foreign language level. Thanks to the rapid progress of technology, some new ways of teaching such as remote education based on 5G network emerged, which enable the kids in small villages to get access to the classes taught by good teachers from some city schools. That is particularly beneficial for language learning. As we all know, it is vital to have an environment that you can speak one language very often when you would like to learn it.
