I use a free Chrome extension called Readlang Web Reader.  (There is a premium version by subscription also but I get by just fine with the free one.) It translates in many different languages.  When you are reading a website and find a word you do not know, you just click on the Chrome extension.  Then, for the rest of the time you are on that page, you can click on almost any word and it gives you the translation.  The premium version will translate phrases.  The free version has a low limit on translating whole expressions but works fine word by word. 

I use a website called Linguee and Google translate. Linguee is great because it gives you a long list of complete sentences so that you can see how the word is used in different contexts.

Chrome extension is very good recommend for you to reach

To be honest, I have found Google translate to be a bit inaccurate, and sometimes too general.  I prefer WordReference.com.  It will translate to and from a dozen or so languages, and also has Collins on a separate tab, so you can compare.  It has never led me astray.  It also will give you conjugations.
