China Baby's correction is correct but...

You can use "about" if you say "for about":

However, I study it only (for about) an hour.... [in fact, we may omit "for" in spoken English]

Also, "learn to speak it" is fine as well as her "learn and speak it". [but I prefer yours]

Studying English and Chinese/英語と中国語の勉強

I decided to study English more.

I can have a simple conversation but I can't understand English at a natural speed.

I am learning Chinese too.

However, I study it only about  an hour a week so I guess it will take me 100 years to learn and speak it.

英語の勉強をもっとすることにしました。
簡単な会話はできますが、自然な早さの英語は、聞き取れません。
わたしは中国語も勉強しています。
でも、一週間に１時間くらいしか勉強しないので、話せるようになるまで１００年かかると思います。
