Describe your favorite city Many people have their favorite city. My favorite city is Beijing, in fact I live here now. Beijing is the capital of China, and Beijing as a huge city already has over twenty million population. Beijing is in the Northern China. Beijing has some wonderful scenery - for example: Great Wall, Summer Palace, Forbidden City, all kinds of ancient temples, amazing hutong and so on. There is also some fine modern architecture: the Bird Nest, Water Cube, the China Central Television Headquarters building, 798 Art Zone, the National Center for the Performing Arts. You need to spend at least one month to visit all of them. Beijing has a concentration of good schools and universities, providing high quality education. I lived in here many years. There are many big malls, tiny specialist stores, that’s very convenience to buy anything you need and it’s always of good quality. Beijing has abundant recreations. There are many bars, coffee shops, cozy bookstores. You can watch all kinds of concerts and movies. If you like visiting museum, there are over one hundreds of museums you can choose. You also can find every the food of province and foreign country here, you have many choices. Chinese food is very famous throughout the world, so you don’t miss the chance to taste a variety.
