I have a really bad routine.Nowadays I sleep around 5 am. Actually before I go to bed. I find millions things to think or do what I dont try to do in morning. I
ve read a book about bedtime routine and It says the most beneficial time to
sleep is between 0-2am and generally I sleep lately so that I can realized that I
have weak memory and I forget many thing within the day.So, I decided to change
my bedtime and sleep earlier. Can you correct me please if I have any mistake^^
