Was ist der Unterschied zwischen "dahin" und "dorthin"? What's the difference between "dahin" and "dorthin"? Danke im Voraus! :D Thanks in advance! :D

Laut Duden sind das Synonyme. http://www.duden.de/rechtschreibung/dorthin For viele Menschen klingt "dort"/"dorthin" aber weiter entfernt als "da"/"dahin".

"Da" sounds more sloppy/childish. Always use "dort" (for "there").
