What does 'better than good' mean?

Well, you know we say something is good if it's positive, either in a particular situation or generally speaking; "better" is the comparative form of "good" as well. We could say "better than good" is a sort of simple idiom to describe something very very positive, so positive that it's said to be "more good" than good. [Pay attention: "more good" isn't correct, hey! I just used it to explain :) ]
