What do" queda" and "quedo" mean in this sentence? -Entonces,pruébese ese otro. Son zapatos muy cómodos. -Me queda bien. Está bien,me quedo con ellos.¿Le pago a usted? I searched that “quedar" means "stay" in English, but it doesn't make sense in this sentence. Can anyone explain it for me ??

One problem that we have in Spanish is this, in English the meaning it's only one that we use in Spanish for that verb. In Spanish the verb QUEDAR, is used for some more situacions like this. "Me queda bien" is means that the shoes have the exactly shoe size. And when that person said: "Me quedo con ellos" it means that the person will buy the shoes.

Me queda(n) bien. = They suit me or they fit me depending on what you want to express. . As shoes are plural = Me quedan bien. A T shirt which is a single item = Me queda bien. Me quedo con ..... ''I will take it/them'' ''I will buy it/them'' ''Í will have it/them''

jesse, in The first sentence: "Me queda bien" The word "queda" means or is refered to the verb "to wear something", in this case could be a shoes, dress, shirt, hat, etc. The second part "Está bien, me quedo con ellos", The word "quedo" is refered or asociated with The verb "to buy". Is similar to say "i will take them". I hope you can understand me regards
