Since you're referring to a past time (2010), you can use the simple past: I graduated in 2010.
If you reference two different past times you could say: Last year, I told you that I had graduated in 2010.

Since you're talking about an action that was completed in the past at a specific time, it is best to use the simple past tense.
"I graduated in 2010."
The present perfect tense is used (generally) for actions that started in the past and are still continuing.
For example: "I have been finished with college for six years."
Another example: "I have worked at this company since I graduated from college."
The past perfect tense is used to refer to an event in the past that happened before another event. The past perfect tense is typically used in combination with the simple past tense.
For example: "I had just graduated from college when the economy collapsed."
Another example: "He gave me a job because I had already graduated from college."
