I do something similar. Some others are: https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english-hindi https://www.shabdkosh.com/ Collins has no pronunciation but it does provide good definitions. You can only see different form if you enter the word (or part of the word) in Hindi in the search bar. I don't find Shabdkosh as useful. I looked at HinKhoj once but I thought it did not show gender (but I might be wrong). Looking at it again I do like seeing the related words and pronunciations. Right now, I tend to use both Google Translate and Collins together to add new Hindi words to my vocabulary list (anki flashcards). I like that Google Translate provides an approximate "frequency" of usage (I ignore some low frequency words) and Collins provides gender and definitions. Afterwards I often search on the English word in Collins for synonyms. I did buy the Oxford Hindi-English dictionary recently but only use it for words I don't find online or when I want to check definitions. Thanks for the question. As I learn more my needs are changing. I might need to stop by HinKhoj more often.

English Hindi Dictionary by INNOVATIVE SOFTWARE. It will work offline and can be found in the playstore. in any way, the oxford dictionary is a good choice. If you want to have a physical dictionary then I would suggest Bhargav one.
