Hi I´m Xosé ,I was listening your podscast about Scotland tradiciconal food ,I have a cleary and good pronunciation in English.Our food has different ingredients such as vegetables and animals like lamb or beef.But in the middle in your podscast you talk about animal that I not be able understand . which animal is ?
