My name is Auriane. I currently live in France and I am studying in Bordeaux (Master in Illustration). I also like graphic design and I love everything that has to do with arts and crafts. I'm a very curious person and easy to talk to ! I love music, drawing and reading but I also love learning about new things. I am open to many topics of discussion.
French is my native language. I studied both English and German in Highschool. When I was 15 I was in a 3 months long exchange in Hamburg, Germany and when I was 17 I had a week-long exchange in London. Those experiences changed me, and made me realize how important it is to practice a language while not being afraid to make mistakes.Ja jako nauczyciel
I consider myself quite fun and light-hearted. I love to talk, but I also love to listen ! I'm a very patient person. I want my students to express themselves as much as possible. The most important for me is to TRY ! I do not care if you make mistakes, and I do not care if you don't understand the first time. You can ask me any questions and I will do my best to answer ! I will also try to explain very clearly.
I've had multiple experiences with terrible teachers, and I know how frustrating it can be when they don't meet your expectations. I really want to adapt to every student. Do not be afraid to tell me exactly what you need.Moje lekcje & Styl nauczania
I am a community tutor. That being said, I cannot help you with test prep or any grammatical lessons.
My lessons will mostly be conversational based. I really want to make you talk and be more confortable in French. The first lesson will serve as a presentation: I will ask you questions about yourself and your life, your level, why you want to learn etc and I will then tailor my lessons to your needs.
I can also give you some recommandations, like podcasts, movies, newspaper articles ... Feel free to ask me anything ! Then it can be a topic of conversation.

J'adore les leçons avec Auriane!! Elle est très sympa et je trouve que c'est facile et naturel de lui parler. J'ai l'impression de bien progresser en français et j'ai pas peur de faire des erreurs. J'attends les autres leçons avec impatience :)

I really enjoyed my first lesson with Auriane! it didn't actually feel like a lesson, which definitely took off some pressure that usually comes with any learning sessions. Auriane was really open and lovely to talk to. She corrected my mistakes and helped find the words I was looking for in a subtle way so the conversation went smoothly. I will be booking regular sessions to continue practising my French and highly recommend Auriane to anyone who wants to feel more comfortable and natural speaking French with the natives :)

Auriane is such a great French teacher! She is so kind, and she's really good at making French easy to understand and to hear. I highly recommend working with her!
